Dietary Restrictions & Texture Modification

Dietary restrictions

We cater to most dietary requirements and restrictions.

These include;

  • Vegetarian,

  • Gluten intolerance

  • Lactose/Dairy intolerance

 

Texture Modification

We can also provide texture modified meals, as needed, at no extra cost. These include:

  • Pureed

  • Minced and Moist

  • Soft Diet

  • Cut up.

Our Pureed meals are normally prepared using Flavour Creation moulds to assist with presentation.

Other Options

  • Small meals and large meals are available at no additional cost.

  • Our meals are diabetic friendly, in line with current guidelines.

  • We accommodate "likes" and "dislikes" as much as possible; for example, if you do not like chicken and the Meal of the Day is chicken then the Chef will prepare another dish for you specific to your request.

  • We accommodate short term dietary changes; for example, we can provide a low residue diet required prior to certain medical procedures.

  • Low Potassium diets are available.
