Our meals are prepared by our Chef and volunteer helpers at our premises in Nambour using fresh and primarily locally sourced ingredients. They are affordable, fresh and delivered to your door.

A meal package consists of a soup or side salad, main meal or main meal salad, dessert or fresh fruit and a fruit juice. The price of the meal package is $9.50 under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (My Aged Care) but if you are on a home care package this can reduce to as low as $4.35 per meal package or $2.70 for a main meal only.

The meals can be delivered hot, chilled or frozen for your convenience.

Main meals are served with potato, rice or pasta and two to three other vegetables.
